Switchboard Cloud

Switchboard Cloud is a large-scale B2B platform designed to bridge legacy systems with modern solutions like Shopify, Snowflake, MYOB, Ordermentum, FTP, and EDI. The platform enables seamless supply chain operations, automated order processing, and integration across multiple data formats. Developed primarily using Node.js, the project involved creating APIs, event-driven workflows, and automated integrations. AWS Step Functions, SQS, and CodeBuild were used to manage workflows, handle retries, and ensure data consistency. CloudFormation automated infrastructure deployment, making the system scalable and maintainable. My work focused on integrating multiple platforms, designing data workflows, and ensuring system reliability. Switchboard Cloud is a cornerstone B2B solution that streamlines supply chain operations and modernizes legacy integrations.
