Overview

Penhouse Portal (portal.penhouse.pk) is a comprehensive order management system built to streamline the end-to-end operations of e-commerce and retail businesses. It centralizes order tracking, inventory management, and customer communications, helping organizations reduce operational bottlenecks and improve efficiency. My role included designing backend APIs, frontend dashboards, and integrating inventory and order workflows. By providing a centralized, automated system, Penhouse Portal significantly improved operational visibility and efficiency for businesses.

Challenge & Solution

Handling high-concurrency order updates during peak sales periods. We utilized database locking strategies and message queues to ensure data integrity and system responsiveness.
